Scientific Programs
The primary objective of the IC ME&D is to provide a forum for discussion on all the aspects of molecular electronics and related areas. The IC ME&D wants to promote interdisciplinary collaborations among the fields of chemistry, physics, materials science, polymer science, semiconductor technology, optics and photonics, MEMS technology, life science, and others, thereby creating more effective networking among the scientists working in these fields. In particular, this year’s IC ME&D focuses on Molecular and Biological Interfaces, and its themes are the following (but are not limited to):
Technical Area (Topic)
•Emerging Semiconducting Materials/Devices
•Flexible/Stretchable Organic Materials/Devices
•Amorphous Oxide Semiconducting Materials/Devices
•Halide Perovskite Materials/Devices
•2D and Carbon Materials
•Molecular and Nanoelectronics, Nano-Characterization
•Organic Materials and Device Applications
•Biological and Bio-inspired Materials and Electronics
•Nanoscale Fabrication and Patterning
•Interfacial Phenomena and Electron Transport
•Molecular Sensors and Biosensors
